Cancellation policy

Some items are sold as pre-orders and ship within up to 30 days from the order date. You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund; once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After receiving your pre-order item, you may return it for a full refund as long as it meets our return conditions, meaning the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
